Director
Following his schooling at Institute Le Rosey in Switzerland and further studies at Babson College in the US where he majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Hritik returned to Muscat to join the family business. In December 2020 he completed his Executive MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland. He is a director at the Khimji Ramdas Group where he has been involved with the Infrastructure cluster of the business since 2008. He is also a director at the Mosaic Group of Companies, which operates in the real estate, sports and investment sectors
Hritik has been involved with the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) since 2009 as a founder and board member of the Oman Chapter and recently joined the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He also works closely with the Art of Living Foundation, specifically with Sri Sri Tattva in Muscat and the Art of Living Schools in Oman.
A family man, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and when he has free time, he likes to play tennis and golf and loves watching football.

Ravi Kumar Dhulipala is an accomplished leader who is passionate at creating and building new businesses across a diverse set of industries. Experienced in driving strategic initiatives as well as running established businesses in FMCG, Energy and Oil & gas industries.
He has over 25 years of rich experience spanning across Fortune 500 companies like HLL, GE and Ingersoll Rand. Since joining KR Infrastructure Group, Ravi has been instrumental in conceptualizing, developing and implementing business & product strategies for KR. He has a sharp interest in technology, especially on IT and communications and the impact of the same on customers and their business. Ravi holds 6 patents to his credit in the world of innovation related to sustainability and water purification.
Meenal Sanjeev Madavi

Meenal Madavi is a Digital Evangelist & Tech Executive with over 20 years in the world of technology. She is an experienced business leader, skilled in managing business units with strategy and P&L responsibility, leading teams on business development, delivering service excellence to clients and managing the technology portfolio of IT infrastructure and software services with global partnerships. She manages the ICT business division of Khimji Ramdas driving new technology sales and service offerings in Oman and GCC.
She oversees the business development team on their targets and performance, guides on strategies for driving sales growth through large account sales, manages the offerings portfolio of software, hardware and thoughtware, engages with business and technology partners on global alliance management and partnerships, steers service delivery and client satisfaction for internal and external customers.
